How long have you been in the industry?
I have been in the industry since 2007 with 12 years of real estate experience.

Which areas do you specialize in?
I don’t limit myself to a certain area in Abu Dhabi, especially with the new projects expanding the overall Abu Dhabi real estate market. Yet, I focus more into the rental sector being 80% of the stock & transactions I handle and 20% being sales.

Why did you decide to become a real estate agent?
It’s one of the best business in a country like the UAE with projects in Abu Dhabi to be completed by 2030! What other business can have a valuable return and a 20 years life span!

How would you describe the current property market?
It’s definitely challenging, yet waves new opportunities for buyers/investors and offers great rental opportunities for residents.
Tell me about your big achievement? Last month’s big sale/s
I have closed a major deal with total worth of AED 4.5 million being residential
units for a private investor.

How do you tailor your approach so you set yourself apart?
Understanding the client, his background, budget and life style in order to offer the right property (cost vs. value).

Property seekers are always after their ideal location, and all kept within a certain budget. How do you strike the balance to get them what they want?
By showing value vs. money! Property seekers need our expertise to unveil the value of their investment on both short & long terms.
